We were having a recurring problem with our aging water heater in the upstairs attic. Our home warranty company assigned MacLin for this service. James helped with scheduling the service and Jerry Hamlin quickly solved the issue. His professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented approach impressed us and we immediately decided to get the water heater replaced by a new one to eliminate risk of leak & major damage/expense. Again, the experience with James and Jerry on this "turn-key" job was excellent. Matt was also there to assist Jerry in moving the heaters from and to the attic. He was also very competent and friendly. Jerry patiently addressed my multiple questions, showed me some of the key aspects for future maintenance, and did a superb job. We scheduled an appt for an estimate. MacLin sent a tech out, gave us a verbal estimate for the repair, and arranged to come by and perform the repair the following day. The next day came and went, and no one came to repair the problem. We have called and emailed them multiple times, but the only answer we've received is that they will "let us know when they are available." To be fair, they did tell us that one of their service trucks broke down, but we only got that answer after repeatedly calling them. We still have a busted pipe and no repair date on the calendar. Just going to go with someone else now.
Entire kitchen sink was replumbed and new disposal installed. Provided professional service and explanation of procedures. Efficient, neat, and respectful. They also installed new water heaters in our home this year. Thanks so much to Matt and Jerry. We HIGHLY recommend the entire MacLin team.
