Noe and Jason did a phenomenal job for me today. I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of by service reps like I did today. I've been taken advantage of by other plumbing companies and these guys both took such great care of my needs. This company has become my new plumbing go to company because of the excellent service I received. I won't use anyone else. The price was very competitive as well. Overall - best company to work with! Don't waste your time with anyone else.
Called them for a water leakage issue. They scheduled for a next day visit. Jason arrived on time and provided a complete diagnosis of all pipes and drainage, luckily No leak was detected, but they still offered free estimates which gave me assurance that things are ok.. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use their service again. Definitely recommend them.
Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. Great customer service!!!!
Jason did a top notch job. Showed up right on time and the installation was done and tested very quickly. No fuss. no mess. Will use again!!
I was trying to get work don't on my Hot water heater, and I have a Double Wide Mobile home, and they said they don't work on mobile/modular homes, with they amount of homes in the area that fit this classification, I am highly disappointed that I had to wait half the day to get an e-mail or call back, just to be told this. now I have to try to find another company very disappointing after all the other great reviews.
