    You can truly tell a business's heart by not only the initial work but by the follow-up. Two years ago I had a spigot put in and recently noticed it felt loose. I called Daniels to see what could be done. The next day someone showed up to investigate. The day after that it was repaired free of charge. I dealt with three different people, all of which were pleasant and professional. It felt like we were old friends. I highly recommend Daniels Plumbing. Original Post: Daniel's Plumbing is great. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. This is a company you can trust. Highly recommended.

    I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing. I had an emergency, and they sent their technician Dallas first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and offered me various options, with no pressure which to choose. I ended up just replacing the entire toilet. Dallas did a superb job, leaving everything clean and looking good. He explained what he had done, and demonstrated the workings for me. At the end, the price was exactly as quoted. Kudos to him and to Daniel's Plumbing.

    May 3,was going to do business with this company. May 4 called on their recorded line,I was cancelling my order and asked for email confirmation, person on line stated she would take care of it. I also sent email of my decision. May 6, I am informed by my ???? company, charge was made by this company. I called Daniel's again, different person on phone did not seem to care about, finally stated he located account that it was cancelled 2 days before. He would look into notifying account department to refund my approximate $10000.00. May 7, I get call from Daniel's rep. asking if I was happy with installation and new hvac system. May 7, finally got email, ???? charge would be refunded,they only received cancel notice on May 6,read above concerning May 4. May 8, got email from Daniel's asking for my review on satisfaction of installation and product. This company needs better communication between staff. Don't change a customer until product or service has been received. Daniel's asked for my review.

    Service was fantastic all 3 plumbers I engaged (Sean, AB, Willie) did a fantastic job. Listened and answered my questions- explained why they were doing what they were doing, clearly laid out costs and options, and helped me understand long term implications for my decisions. The administrative side is rough- their phone service is poor, felt like I was forced to work through an uniformed 3rd party for dispatch and updates. It’s a real problem, but once the guys were out they were very strong. I’ll use them again- but I really wish That when I called that someone who was more connected would answer.
