Eric Davis is very knowledgeable, gives you options. Once your choice is made he takes the time to explain what he will be doing and why. Took care with installation of water softener making sure everything was neat and looked good. He also fixed the mistakes with water line installation made when old water softener was installed. He makes himself available for any problems or questions that may arise. He is a great representative for Crow’s Plumbing. I called Local Plumbing around 8:30 AM on a Monday for an emergency job to flush the lines on a vacant house before the big freeze happened this week. They dispatched someone right away and got the job done quickly for a reasonable price and gave me peace of mind that the coming weather wouldn't result in frozen pipes. Jack's crew has always been very nice, very respectable to the customer, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I've used Crow's Plumbing for the better part of 20 years and their rates are competitive, and they have always done a fantastic, timely job for me!
Crow's plumbing service went above and beyond our expectations. From the lady I spoke with in the office that helped schedule our appointment to the follow up phone call we received letting us know they were sending a technician out today, as well as Luke, our technician following up with another phone call letting us know he was in route. They were able to fit us in their schedule same day within hours of contacting them. It seems our water heater issue is more of an electrical issue with our breaker box, so there was no need for them to preform any work. They did put together multiple quotes for when we decide to move our water heater to our garage and replace with a 20-lifetime warranty tank. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready to switch it out. Very reasonable pricing and their customer service is top notch. It is nice to have a reliable, honest company in your contacts for future plumbing issues. Update: We decided to go ahead and move our current water heater from the attic to the garage. Luke came back out with a technician assistant and within a few hours everything was transitioned and up and running. Now we don't have to ever worry about our attic and drywall flooding if the water heater eventually begins to leak. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be referring Crow's plumbing to anyone in need of an honest, reliable plumber.
Luke did a darn good job! Great quality job with a good price. Luke installed a new water heater and then did some repairs on my water faucet valves last year. This week I noticed my kitchen faucet was loose so I called Crows and talked to a great lady named Karen. Luke showed up today and installed my new kitchen faucet for a better price than Home Depot. People is what makes a business great and Crows Plumbing is loaded with the best people around. Great Customer Service and they’ll work with you on pricing. I recommend them highly. The 2 plumbers that repaired our toilet were very nice and went to great lengths to not have to replace the toilet. I appreciate their professionalism and quick response.
