Jay and Ben showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. After quickly running to the supply store, they returned and completed the work. Jay was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions while he was completing the work on the gas line. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the courtesy that Jay and Ben provided.
They charge an $89 fee to come give you an estimate (which is unusual, but that's their right). But the concerning part is they offered to not charge me if I give them a positive review right there while they watched. That's not just shady, it's actually illegal and they can be fined for that by the FTC. So unfortunately you can't trust their reviews. I paid the $89 fee just so I could leave an honest review.
We had a strong smell of gas in our garage last night after enjoying our day at the lake. We called reliant to have someone come out and meet with us because the gas company said the gas was coming from our hot water heater. Ray came out first thing this morning and was very thorough at explaining everything that needed to be fixed and why there was gas coming from the heater. He was able to explain the way in a way that I (someone who knows nothing about plumbing) was able to understand. I am currently renting, but really hope my landlord continues to use Reliant. When I purchase my own house I will absolutely be calling them to fix any future issues with plumbing.
Davis came out on time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very genuine and did not feel any pressure to move forward after the estimate. Answered all questions. Didn't feel sales pitch at all like other plumbers. Can tell Davis just wanted to do what was right by us and fix the leak to the water spigot out back. Will definitely use their services again!
