It had been a while since I’d been seen, and I’m so glad I chose this location. I definitely look into ratings and what people say when it comes to finding really great care. I read the reviews and I was sold. Check in process is smooth, especially with friendly staff. I learned a lot more about what was going on with my teeth in my one visit than I had with other places. It was just an overall great experience, and hopefully it’s the same for everyone else!

I had not seen a dentist in awhile. But the staff, doctors and technicians were really great about helping me get everything “cleaned “ up. I really appreciate all the help and advice for getting my teeth in better health Thank you so much MyDental

I adore this dental office. My 3 children and I come here. I love the firmness from the dentist and the dental hygienist Ms.Diana has been very helpful as well as patient with my son. I highly recommend this office.

This dental place is just it! I been hating the dentist for a while but this place made me want to come back. They have Netflix in the rooms and Disney plus! It really helps make the wait feel shorter; and over all the front and the assistants are really nice and welcoming! Dr Kimmy is super nice and very friendly too!

The office was clean, the front staff, dental assistants and office manager were so NICE! THEY were very attentive and personable. Unfortunately, that's only a fraction of what a dental experience should be. They're the only reason I'm adding a star. My real issue is with Dr. Lalezari's bedside manner and the lack of treatment that lead to me in the ER mere HOURS after seeing her. I'd come in for an emergency/dental pain appointment and was told it was caused by an infected tooth that needed extraction. As my appointment was the last one available for the day, I understood that the extraction would have to be scheduled after the new year. What I do NOT understand is why I was not given any antibiotics or instruction on how to manage pain until then. So I left without relief for the intense pain that necessitated the visit in the first place. Only when I asked about it was I told to take ibuprofen at home (Bonus: I now have gastritis from relying too heavily on it for pain relief.) 6 hours and $600 later- I'm in the ER, with an extremely swollen face and in so much pain that I'm sobbing. The ER doctor gave me penicillin, pain medication and told me to STOP taking ibuprofen. This helped IMMENSELY over the course of the next few days the infection would have brewed and endangered me. I wasted so much time and money seeing a doctor who had NO bedside manner and seemed inexperienced and flatly unempathetic. I did not go back for fear of not being taken seriously if I communicated my concerns before, during or after the procedure.
