    Be aware of this location, CON ARTIST at it’s best, they tried falsely charging the insurance but got declined. They didn’t disclose or call me regarding any issues with the insurance and charged me. Someone needs to do an AUDIT for insurance fraud!!

    My family and I have been going here for 9 years. They make u feel like family. Front desk lady is a pleasure and very kind and helpful since the first time we came in. Dr. Joseph Drinkwater is the best. Lovely office and great staff. I highly recommend.

    After nine months of searching I finally came across a dental provider that accepted my insurance and they got me in within thirty days. I called 6-7 times to confirm my new patient appointment the line was just busy no ringing no answering machine. I sent an email and still did not get a response. I waited a few hours and finally got through to someone. The front desk lady was extremely rude in my personal opinion. I have insurance your practice accepted me insurance this is my six month check up. Tell me WHY do you need to social security number! I had to call BCBS to confirm because I don’t give me social out to anybody. My hygienist is Tanya oh my gosh she turned my frown into a mental smile. Her patience and consistency was truly commendable. Tanya is definitely a great fit for this practice and she understood very pain I was having. I got my teeth cleaned and I was able to meet someone that seems genuine and is a winner when it comes to Scott N White. I will keep both eyes opened but I do believe the front desk staff needs to be trained on how to make sure patient information do not get out. People were in the lobby there was no privacy just know I was a victim of identity theft.

    Good luck ever getting ahold of the office or filing insurance claims. My insurance company called over and over again. It took my husband and I going into the office to solve the issue. My appointment was in September and I just got it resolved today 02/22.
