I am always impressed with Market Heights Dental. They are always professional and the staff is always positive. I love Imelda because she is very thorough with the cleaning, etc. She keeps it real in a great way. She is always so positive and upbeat. My overall dental health has improved because of her. Amazing experience! After neglecting my Dental care for more years then I care to admit, the Staff and Dr. didn't make me feel bad! Just the opposite! They listened to my concerns and treated me with the utmost respect. They were extremely efficient and helped me create a new care plan to address what I have going on and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Melissa did an AMAZING job with my cleaning and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I'll be back and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for Drntal Care in the Harker Heights area!
I had a bridge that had broken in half Thursday night and called First thing Friday morning. They were able to work me in and fixed my problem. Everyone was very nice. Especially the secretary up front. Appreciate it. Update February 9, 2022 I had to go back because a crown on my tooth had broken. I was able to schedule an appointment very day I called. And the whole experience was a great one. I want to point out the dental assistant Alexis, who was super sweet and kind and made what was a dreaded trip to dentist to one that was a great experience. Dr. Hoang is very nice and always seems to really want to help her patients and do what’s best for them. Highly recommend !
I would have to say that I had a great experience with this dentistry! Everybody was extremely nice and professional and it was very clear that I was going to be in good hands for my procedure. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody in need of a place to get their teeth done and I will gladly be coming back for my next appointment in a few months.
