After wasting my time and being lied too by the staff at Killeen Family Dentistry not once but twice, I wasn’t looking forward to stepping foot into another office.. Ace Dental was able to get me in same day, had EXCELLENT customer service and treated me like a person! Thank you to Alex and Stephanie for all of their help and for even listening to me vent haha. Great experience and I’ll be back
I just left this office upset. They made me wait a long time to tell me that my insurance company could not provide my member ID. I called my insurance company. They provided my member ID & faxed it to them. I explained I would for the service myself.Then I watched someone who came in after me at least 30 minutes be called. I finally said something after waiting almost an hour. They take me back & the x-ray tech wasn't even wearing gloves, told me to bite down on the plastic that he had rubbed his fingers all over in front of me. Very disappointed in this dental office. I turned around & walked out & will never go back.

Dr. Singh helped me with my deep cleaning and cavity filing. She gave good attention to detail and is very patient as well, I would definitely recommend her. Also Andrea did a very good job while getting my Xrays done as she made me very comfortable. Overall, entire staff was friendly and professional at the same time.
