Great service! I showed up 15 minutes early to take care of the NP paperwork and was seated promptly. I then was very pleased with how gentle the Dental Assistant/Hygienist was while taking my x-rays and polishing of my teeth. The Dr. was also very informative and made sure I was taken care of/didn't have any concerns. All in all, pretty pleased with how my NP appointment went today and would highly recommend them!
Best and friendliest dental office in Killeen! After having a horrible experience at All Dental and Braces on Clear Creek, this office took care of my kid's, explained the treatment plan to me and let me sit in on my kid's exams! They also didn't make up procedures to get more money out of me like the previous office did!! I would recommend this office to any and everyone!! Keep up the great work!!

I'm handicap, on SSDI & Medicaid for several problems. I asked Killeen Family Dentistry if they accepted Medicaid & they said "Yes" so I made an appointment. I saw Dentist Sameh Ahmed and he took x-rays then told me I had bone loss & my teeth were falling out & needed to have 3 teeth pulled & needed a deep cleaning & a partial. I said I was in extreme pain from my upper jaw bone deterioration. He then said he needed $1,700 up front. I asked if he could constitute this as an emergency & pull my teeth & I could pay him my social security money monthly. He said no. He took somewhere between $300 & $400 from my insurance & gave me a prescription of Ibuprofen. The Ibuprofen didn't work at all. I need a pain killer, not children's aspirin. My jaw is rotting. I left. A week later my first tooth fell out while at home. My second one is about to fall out & I'm positive the left side of my upper & now lower jaw are now infected. He took what little bit of my ins. money I was supposed to use & ran with it like a robber. I'll be filling a state complaint. I'll probably have to go to the E.R. soon. I may also contact an attorney over ethics problems & file an ADA complaint. He should have told me from the get go there wasn't much he could do with Medicaid except take x-rays. I could have used it for a dentist that may have an SSI/Medicaid compassion program. Not to mention this is an emergency. Not cosmetics. I guess he doesn't like handicap Medicaid recipients.
